By signing it, a club confirms that it will do the few critical things—like booking a registered paramedic for public tournaments, submitting member lists on time and using certified marshals—that keep everyone legally protected and the sport running smoothly. In return, the club’s events remain fully covered under the $20 million group liability policy, its members stay eligible for Nationals and international selections, and the committee gains priority access to AMCF resources such as risk‑management templates, free marshal training and national marketing campaigns.
